Our work concerns the ownership, use and transfer of land and buildings, including civil litigation, co-owned property, transactions and inheritance matters.
We focus on understanding the facts, identifying the legal issues and explaining the next steps. The lead attorney is directly involved in case assessment, advice and representation.
Our legal services focus on the laws of Taiwan. Where a matter involves the laws of another jurisdiction, we may coordinate with appropriately qualified local counsel.
